Graduates are prepared to sit for the NCLEX-PN so they can become Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in California. Our primary goal is to equip you with the necessary skills to pass the exam and seek employment.
The program is approved by the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, and the institution is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).
Yes. Though the campus is located in Concord, students commute from throughout Contra Costa County and beyond, including Concord, Alamo, Antioch, Bay Point, Benicia, Clayton, Danville, El Sobrante, Hercules, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek.
Yes. Many of our students use public transit. We are one block away from the nearest bus stop, and about one mile from Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). We also offer free parking in a covered parking garage.
Students have access to modern simulation labs, skills labs, learning resources, computer labs, and student lounges. They also receive instruction from experienced faculty, and career development support (e-résumé prep, employer outreach, job placement support) is provided.
